The Indianapolis Theatre Fringe Festival opened on Thursday, August 16 at the IndyFringe Basile theatre. The rain drove festivities inside, but did not dampen the spirits of IndyFringe supporters. Performers presented two-minute teasers to kick off the 2012 IndyFringe Festival.
