West Baden Springs to offer tea rituals
High teas and tours have now resumed at the historic West Baden Springs. The three scheduled special events will also offer a tour of the "Eighth Wonder of the World," including the spa rooms. Traditionally including heartier fare than low tea, menus will include such items as primrose salad, peppered pork, scones with seedless blackberry preserves, Devonshire cream and lemon curd, and a dessert of baked rice pudding. The West Baden Springs "Tour and High Tea" is offered from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 23, Nov. 8 and Dec. 20. The cost is $49 per person. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling (812) 936-4034. Circle City Bar & Grille wine tasting
