Ivy Tech Community College’s “Culinary Expressions Cafe” has partnered with IndyEthnicFood to offer a special international dining experience Thursday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. in the North Meridian Center Campus Auditorium. Students in Ivy Tech’s Table Service and Specialized Cuisines classes, under the direction of Ivy Tech faculty members Chef Thom England and Chef Eric Piatek, will prepare and serve the five-course meal as a practical final. Whyte Horse Winery recently opened for business in Monticello, Ind. Owners Larry and Connie Pampel have opened their tasting room in a renovated 1886 farmhouse.
