The menu has been announced for a dinner celebrating the wines of Oregon’s Willamette Valley at a wine dinner at McCormick & Schmick’s, Thursday, Aug. 17, 6:30 p.m. The five-course meal will include everything from a rare ahi tuna with cherry salsa and wasabi crisps to line-caught wild salmon with exotic mushroom risotto and a dessert of a mini banana split. Don’t forget to book your seats for R Bistro’s next Summer Harvest dinner, Tuesday, Aug. 22, 6:30 p.m. With produce provided by Your Neighbor’s Garden, the dinner will feature three courses, including zucchini three ways, choice of pork or fried green tomato stack, and peach ice cream with Madeleines.
