Project Runway meets the Indianapolis Museum of Art with the exhibition Breaking the Mode, showcasing works by dozens of groundbreaking fashion designers and curated by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s Sharon S. Takeda and Kaye D. Spilker.
Breaking the Mode highlights more than 100 examples of contemporary, fashionable dress by roughly 50 international designers, including James Galanos, Rrei Kawakubo, Christian Lacroix, Alexander McQueen, Issey Miyake, Franco Moschino, Vivienne Westwood and Yohji Yamamoto.
