FARMbloomington presents a Just Ducky tasting dinner!

FARMbloomington chef-owner Daniel Orr will host Erik Risman of Duck du Jour for a four-course dinner celebrating duck. The Just Ducky Dinner will be served from 5-10 p.m.
Commenting on this dinner showcasing duck, chef Daniel stated, “The French white Muscovy ducks are locally raised and have an excellent amount of tasty and nutritious meat which contains 50 percent less fat than other types. These ducks have tremendous flavor and are one of the healthiest meats on the market today.”
