This lecture / concert is just one of many pre-coursers to the Red Bull Music Academy’s residency in New York City later this fall. A traveling musical workshop, the RBMA offers music lovers a chance to learn and listen from a variety of guest speakers and performers. For Indy’s turn, California artist Exile and funk master Lester Johnson of the Ebony Rhythm Band will discuss their own musical journeys and experiences.
