Donald Davis tells stories 

Donald Davis draws on the fertile roots of the Appalachian storytelling tradition, enhancing his tales of family idiosyncrasies. He is a full-time storyteller, and in 1996, he was one of the inaugural recipients of the National Storytelling Network's Circle of Excellence Award, in recognition of his status as a master storyteller. He will perform "Homeplace Stories" as part of the Storytelling Arts of Indiana series in the Dean and Barbara White Auditorium at the Indiana State Museum, 650 W.
