Get a break from the summer heat with the "Summer Beer Buffet" at Patrick's Kitchen and Drinks. The six courses include Boom Boom Shrimp with Victory Hop Devil, Portly Pork with Brooklyn Brown Ale and Grilled Portobellos with Belhaven Scottish Ale. There will also be three other courses, including dessert and a special brew. Vegetarian options are available for those who give advance notice. Oakleys Bistro will host a Signature Dinner featuring wines from Grateful Palate Imports. Grateful Palate is an import company whose mission is to find delicious wines from Australia and elsewhere around the world. Dan Phillips, owner of Grateful Palate, is also known to hunt the smallest smokehouses to find the best bacon. Chef Oakley will combine his Pork Producers' award-winning talent with Phillips' selection for one of the evening's signature courses. Cost is $65 per person. Call 317-824-1231 for reservations.

Thursday, July 23, 6:30 p.m.

Come to Augustino's and experience sparkling wines from some of the best regions around the world, including Italy, France, Spain, Australia and Washington State. Accompanying the wine will be Chef Aaron O'Mara's Antipasto Appetizers and Chilled Seafood. Cost is an all-inclusive $60 per person. Call 317-865-1099 to make a reservation.
