Blade Runner: The Final Cut

Four stars (R)

Ridley Scott’s 1982 noir thriller about a detective (Harrison Ford) hired to track down renegade androids coupled a grim, gripping story with a dazzling view of a futuristic Los Angeles. Following the theatrical release and the director’s cut (the four-star rating is based on both of those), this new edition claims to be the last edit of the landmark film. 117 minutes.

DVD INFO: Includes a brand-new three-and-a-half-hour documentary and multiple commentary tracks. A four-disc package is available with all the various edits of the film and more extras. A five-disc version, packaged in a metal box, also includes a workprint version of the film with even more extras.
