Bier Brewery produces up to ten new beers every week, roughly enough to fill five hundred growlers. Offerings range from Witt and Kolsch in the summer, through IPAs of varying intensity, to barley wine in the holiday season. The quality is seldom less than excellent: Bier Brewery proves itself impressively adept in a wide range of styles. Tasting is free and the staff effusively knowledgeable and friendly. Best get there early in the release cycle (ideally on Wednesday
or Thursday) to ensure a growler or two.
