Sure, the latest thing is that thin crust, Italian style with dollops of fresh mozzarella and very little sauce, but we feel a certain sense of loyalty to those on the vanguard of pizza excellence in this town. Bazbeaux occupies three quite convenient locations on Mass Ave and in Broad Ripple and Carmel. That Mass Ave spot moved across the street a little while back, adding an excellent bar area and moving all seating above ground. The menu's dependable, ranging from fully-loaded carnivorous options (the Tchoupitoulas, with its Cajun shrimp, peppers and Andouille sausage) to veggie pies that draw on the whole garden.
