Don't let the CrossFit title scare you away; CrossFit Naptown is not going to make you start off kipping or doing butterfly pull-ups from the start - unless, of course, you want that. With varied skill levels, workouts, trainings and instructors who help monitor your progression and your individual needs, you'll be comfortable working no matter what fitness stage you're at.
