Best Local Budget-minded Dining

You never quite know where you'll find a Yats. Within the past couple years, locations have opened up in Carmel, at Traders Point and in The Avenue (that new mixed-use building on 10th Street near IUPUI). And the Mass Ave location is on the move and should re-open at 885 Mass Ave. in August. But some things stay the same. The low prices: $6.25 for a full dish, $7.25 for half and half (no credit cards on College Avenue). The dishes: Sure there are new options every so often, but you can depend on the chili cheese etoufee, chicken creole and B & B just about daily.
