Sun King’s brew-for-all-seasons, the approachable and sessionable Sunlight Cream Ale took top honors, which is quite the feat in a craft-beer universe seemingly dominated by IPAs that value IBUs over all other qualities. Even more interesting: Cream Ale was a style that had all but disappeared from the American beer landscape when Sun King started brewing this pale offering of awesomeness.
