The Museum of 20th Century Warfare and the staff at Fort Harrison State Park will host the Battle of the Bulge Exhibit and Lecture Series from Saturday, December 15, 2012 until Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Fort Harrison State Park. The Exhibit opens at 12n – 4p in Building 701 across from the Park Office. Battle Lectures will be held at Building 702 from 1-1:45p.

The Battle of the Bulge Lecture series starts Saturday, December 15 with the program “The 110th U.S. Infantry vs. The 47.Panzer.Korps”. Each Battle Lecture thereafter highlights how the Battle of the Bulge evolved from both the U.S. and German perspective. Actual Battle of the Bulge veterans will be on hand each Saturday to answer questions about this pivotal event during WWII.

Dec. 15 – US 110th Infantry vs. 47.Panzer.Korps
Dec. 16 – The Battle at Rockerath & Krinkett
Dec. 22 – The 1st German Breakthrough (extended to 2:30pm)
Dec. 23 – St. Vith – The Fortified Goose Egg
Dec. 29 – Baraque de Fraiture (Parker’s Crossroads)
Jan. 6 – Armor in the Ardennes
Jan. 12 – The Battle at Noville
Jan. 19 – The 2nd German Breakthrough
Jan. 20 – Above the Ardennes
Jan. 26 – The Last German Attempt to Breakthrough: Sadzut
