The mayor is too busy trying to bring a didgeridoo factory to the East Side and finagling $10 million payments to the Pacers to worry about the $400 million arts industry in Indianapolis. Mayor fat a$$ has a union busting agenda that they gave him in Tampa between strip club visits and...uh...more strip club visits (strictly research!)...and he can't be bothered to actually be doing mayor stuff. Be serious!
