Its really interesting to listen to tea bags debate health care. They moan about the fact that so many more people qualify for medicaide but never address the fact that if we made decent wages less folks would. No, they are worried about taxing their fellow tea bags and the wealthy and keeping the corp. healt care providers collecting big bucks for low quality work. Its a game to them but lots of folks I know can afford health care from the employers. Seriously if you make eight dollars an hour and your insurance is sixty plus a pay how can you do that? Until we really reform health care at its social dawinian roots we are going to keep things as they are and they will get worse.
amen, Pence is a true tea bag. If we the people elect him, we deserve what we get!
the problem with global warming is there will never be total proof, just like for the theory of evolution years ago. therefore the tea bags will continue to fiddle and diddle while we all burn.
Pursuit of Happiness was placed in the declaration because the third of the three freedoms from which Jefferson drew his immortal words was property. Now the founders were torn because some did not want to guarentee to all men the right to be land owners and others thought it was not proper to include only land holders as worthy of liberty. In any event pursuit of happiness has caused more discussion than most anything else in the constitution or declaration and will until the end of time.
We also, thanks to no child left behind, force special needs students into classes they cant pass. We hold them back for one or two years because they dont pass the holy grail of what ever standardized test is at the top of the heap and then complain about the drop outs in high school. get a grip folks, if a student enters high school at 16 going on 17 and has four years to complete high school with the requirements they have they are GOING TO DROP OUT. the system is broken and needs a reboot starting with no more one size fits all mentality. let the kids who are good at STEM go that route, encourage all kids to pursue what is good for them and dont try and force everyone into a four year college track.
I often refer to Indiana as Hoosier Hell, with the likes of tea bag prince Mike Pence running it that is more true than ever!
Re: “Indiana Governor's Race”
One could almost be confused into believing Mike Pence was a reasonable man, almost. If not for his record.
