Maybe you’ve had a sample when the Kincaid folk grill ’em out front of their shop at 56th and Illinois. Or maybe you’ve had their specialty charcuterie at St. Thomas Aquinas’ Sausagefest. With special holiday costumes and treats, there’s something for the naughty and the nice.
