ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition hosted a fundraiser at Butler University's Hinkle Fieldhouse to raise money to pay off the mortgage on Bernard McFarland's original home. Auction items included signed tee shirts hard hats, a round of golf with the show's carpenter, Paul DiMeo and autographed footballs.
They also shot the goose bumpy, tear-jerker part of the show honoring Bernard McFarland and his nonprofit initiative, Pack House 2000. Students he mentored shared with the crowd how Pack House 2000 has changed their lives.
