What will happen if the Mexicans are forced to leave Indianapolis
Just my thoughts from my political cartoon "Gadfly" that appears in NUVO each week. Soon Nuvo plans to archive these, but until then I will post my favorites from time to time. I got the idea for this strip from "Night of the Comet," for anyone that remembers that film from the 1980s.
But more importantly, I thought it best to illustrate what would happen when we awaken one day and find that all the xenophobic rednecks have gotten what they've been praying for.

Yeah, that's exactly what he's doing. And Jonathan Swift seriously thought we should eat babies.
Because in the real world, people of questionable immigration status are NEVER found working in low-paying service industry jobs. And so their disappearance would have no larger-scale economic ramifications whatsoever. Dickweed.
