BIO: Trio in stereo was born in basements accross bloomington where five college friends mixed indie, jazz, and post rock to create an improvisational sound they coined 'analog garage jazz'. Now 2.5 years into existance the 5-man trio has remolded into a tighter more structured effort that has their sound being compared to broken social scene, the sea and cake, and modest mouse. The past two years have been spent playing out live in Bloomington, Indianapolis, Chicago, Madison, even lovely Gary; playing with bands such as Aloha, Do Make Say Think, Mary Timony, Voxtrot, Catfish Haven, also playing bloomington fest and culture shock.
