DJ Jackola
BIO: In 2002 Jackola and friend Kabam started an online music publication, "Rock Music Review", which featured album reviews, live reviews and concert photos. He had always wanted to be a DJ, but never could afford the equipment.
Then in 2003 he had his first DJing gig -- a benefit dance and drag show at his college. He had virtually no equipment, but was able to come thru with his desktop computer and external CD-ROM drives that he got at a garage sale for $3. He did the same benefit in 2004.
In late 2005 he was offered a DJ gig at The Mark III Taproom in Muncie, Indiana spinning 2-3 times per week. This was enough to persuade Jackola that it was time to enable his dreams and pick up the wheels of steel. His DJing career was blossoming and Rock Music Review had been thriving.
In early 2007 Jackola left his gig in Muncie, IN to move to live in and spin out Indianapolis.
You can catch him spinning a range of electronic dance music, such as funky house and breaks, dance punk/rock, and electro, making the clubs hop and the parties hot.
