BIO: Hot Air Rising is a band that blends southern rock style with an alternative attitude. By using a powerful rhythm section behind Morrison-esque vocals, the band is making some noise in the greater Indianapolis area. Based out of Franklin, Indiana, Hot Air Rising has started to find its niche and seems to appeal not only to their peers but also to the adult classic rock fanatics. The band has done this by assembling a cover song list that ranges from 60's and 70's rock to 90's alternative music. While hearing their cover songs may be a treat, the true experience from this band is their original song writing, blending influences from Heavy Metal to Country.
