Where is the hue and cry
by Letter to the Editor Feb 7, 2007

Over a million babies die in this country each year, by “choice,” but the pain and devastation is everlasting to their would-be mothers and fathers. Where is the hue and cry by the liberal media over that factoid (News, “Reproductive Health Advocates to Rally at Statehouse,” Jan. 31-Feb. 7)?

Yes, prevention is the best medicine, but abstinence and knowledge is the best prevention.

Bravo and God bless Sens. Miller and Hershman. May they live long, work hard and be rewarded for their efforts to support life. Just think, if your factoids are correct, there are nearly a thousand teens in Indiana each year whose lives have been irrevocably damaged due to the lies of Planned Parenthood and other pro-death agencies, after they were persuaded to kill their unborn babies. Let’s hope that someone somewhere tells them about Rachel’s Companions or Silent No More support groups for post-abortive women and men.

I can affirm that the exhibition offers much to savor, in addition to a gift shop the likes of which you’ve never tasted. It offers history and lore...
