When the moon hits your eye...
by Editors Jun 25, 2008
The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, conductor Alfred Savia and American tenor Eduardo Villa will perform an evening of Italian-themed romantic classical favorites, movie themes, Neapolitan songs and popular Italian-American tunes from the 1950s in the latest installment of Symphony on the Prairie: “That’s Amore.” In keeping with the romantic spirit of the evening, couples are invited to renew their wedding vows at 7:15 p.m. near the stage, presided over by Judge Johnson, 1836 Prairietown Justice of the Peace. The concert takes place June 28 at the Conner Prairie Amphitheater, 13400 N. Allisonville Road, in Fishers. Tickets are $19 in advance and $24 at the gate. Children are discounted. Tickets can be had at all Marsh and O’Malia’s locations or by calling 317-639-4300. Visit www.IndianapolisSymphony.org for more information.
