City Council Democrats’ laziness prevented their worst selves from committing an act of civic vandalism and voting for a resolution to rescind the income tax increase they passed last summer. True, the resolution would have forced Republicans to embrace the tax cutting they used as a club in November’s election, but it was still an exercise in vindictive game-playing. As it happened, several Democrats failed to show up for the meeting. So much for having them in the majority!

Let's see - Thumbs Up (insert Smiley Face) that any of our city county drones (D's or R's) for any reason whatsoever - DIDN'T rescind a major local income tax increase and you tools applaud it!? Sure glad Nuvo is just as fair and unbiased as ever. Do you clowns just support The Party and not the common people - your readers who move their lips when the do so? Nuvo continually fails to serve and protect. Is that Harrison I hear spinning?
