Thumbsup: KIB’s gone mad
by Editors Oct 31, 2007

In one week, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful will feature two major — and free — events. First, their Halloween night “Trick or Trees” event includes tree planting, bonfires, fire-spinning, a costume contest and DJ Kyle Long. Bring a flashlight and/or an instrument for the jam session. The fun starts at 10 p.m. Then, on Friday, KIB breaks ground at noon for their soon-to-be headquarters, 1029 Fletcher Ave. in Fountain Square. Among the guests honoring this LEED-certified facility will be Mayor Bart Peterson and David Forsell, president of KIB. For more on these events, see www.kibi.org.
