Thumbs down: What's mine is mine

A study released by the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University finds that the poor economy is hurting nonprofit fund raising this year. In the past six months, the percentage of fund raisers reporting the economy’s negative impact has risen to 83 percent. Six months ago it was 48 percent.
