The death of Phil Hartman left the cast and crew devastated, but the show went on for one final season, beginning with an exceptional episode that allowed the cast to say goodbye to Hartman. The rest of the year was not quite up to the quality level of the previous four seasons (Jon Lovitz joined the cast; his terribly unfocused character added little), but there are a number of top-notch episodes. Well worth your time and money. DVD INFO: Includes a gag reel and deleted scenes.
