• The 2007 Lollapalooza lineup has been announced. The three-day festival at Chicago’s Grant Park on Aug. 3-5 will include such acts as Iggy and the Stooges, Modest Mouse, Yo La Tengo and the resurrection of Pearl Jam. This year will certainly rival the power of last year.

• Radiohead’s forthcoming album video has surfaced. Video of a dancing and DJing Thom Yorke in the studio can be found on the Vapour Brother’s Web site (www.vapourbrothers.com).

• Secretly Canadian is releasing a compilation of SC artists covering other SC artists. This is in honor of the 100th album for the Bloomington-based label. We say good work!

• Vagrant announces it will launch Density, a label that will specialize in the same stuff as its flagship, just on the darker side of rock. Its first release will be with the thrash metal band I Hate Sally on June 12.

• Pete Doherty and Carl Barat took the stage April 12 at Hackney Empire for the first time since the Libertines disbanded in 2004.

• Nick Drake’s Vault is open again, and June 19 will release Family Tree, which will include never-before-heard Drake recordings and covers of artists like Bob Dylan and Jackson C. Frank that were picked by his manager. This is yet another album from Drake that will prove how truly sensitive guys can be.

• Lily Allen’s June 5 concert at the Vogue has been cancelled, along with the rest of her U.S. tour.

• Central Park released its lineup for the Summerstage series. Notables include Television, Neko Case and Grizzly Bear. Check out the full lineup at www.summerstage.org.

• Singer Don Ho died of heart failure at age 76.
