• Chris Cornell has quit Audioslave. He cited music differences.

• Foxy Brown has been arrested, again. Brown was charged with battery after an altercation with an employee of a beauty supply shop.

• Britney Spears spent a whopping 24 hours in rehab and then shaved her head and got two tattoos when released. It sounds like rehab helped.

• Interpol has finished recording its third album in New York, and the record is currently getting mixed. No release date has been set.

• North Dakota lawmakers voted down a resolution to honor Bono for his good work.

• Al Gore has announced a massive concert, titled Live Earth (comparable to Live 8). The date is July 7, and concerts will be held on every continent. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, Snoop Dogg, Fall Out Boy and many other acts have been confirmed.

• Sufjan Stevens has hinted that his next album will be about the state of California.

• Bonnaroo has announced its initial lineup. The date of the festival is June 14-17. Some of the acts playing include the Police, Tool, the White Stripes, Wilco, Franz Ferdinand and more.
