Insane plan
by Letter to the Editor Feb 21, 2007

It is clear to anyone who has bothered to read the Project for a New American Century’s plan for the Middle East, titled “A Clean Break,” written for former Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahou and endorsed by many in this administration, that our foreign policy has been hijacked by Israel. It is also clear that this administration had plans to invade Iraq and Afghanistan long before 9-11. What should concern everyone is “A Clean Break” calls for continuous war against Arab states, and the bombing of Iran. A former joint chief of staff of the Russian Army, Gen. Leonid Avashov recently wrote there are increasing indications that the U.S. will launch nuclear strikes against Iran before the end of April. Former U.S. Air Force colonel and teacher of strategy and military operations at the Army War College, Sam Gardiner details today on “The Truth Seeker” Web site how men and equipment are now being positioned for a strike on Iran. Bush clearly does not care about the American citizens’ best interest in his insane plan.
