by Editors Feb 20, 2008

Are newspapers dying – or committing suicide? Or, wait: Are they about to adapt to a changing world and reinvent themselves as better than ever? In recent years, The Los Angeles Times has been a flashpoint for controversy about how newspapers are run, with one editor after another quitting over cuts to editorial staff. David Hiller has served as publisher, president and CEO of the L.A. Times and its parent company, the Chicago Tribune Co. Hiller will speak at the University of Indianapolis on Feb. 21.
