Hotel Babylon: Season One
by Ed Johnson-Ott Feb 27, 2008

Three stars (NR)

Like The Love Boat and Fantasy Island, Hotel Babylon is a breezy, kind of trashy series that features the stories of different visitors each episode while focusing primarily on the facility’s staff. The British show is set at a high-end London hotel, offering the inside scoop on how the desires of the guests, no matter how ludicrous or kinky, are discreetly met by the staff, an assortment of mostly opportunistic folks. Entertaining trash. 471 minutes. DVD INFO: Includes audio commentary and a making-of featurette.
