Earth Day again
by Editors Apr 25, 2007

The 17th Annual Earth Day Indiana Festival will feature a hundred exhibits from environmental and conservation groups, and government agencies and businesses with an environmental message. Corn- and soybean-fed and hybrid vehicles, solar power and energy conservation will be among the exhibits. Plus, there will be live entertainment from Indiana bands, a kids’ tent and food from local caterers. In all, it’s the largest one-day environmental event in the state, and one of the largest in the country. And, it’s free. Rain or shine, the event is at American Legion Mall downtown April 28 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information: www.EarthDayIndiana.org.
