That’s the question posed by Dan Burton’s bizarre campaign ad now running on local TV — an unintentionally hilarious blend of Oliver Twist and The Legend of Bagger Vance. The ad suggests that Burton has nothing to offer his constituents but his own mawkish self-aggrandizement. At last: truth in political advertising.
