Beer me
by Editors Jun 21, 2006
You can sample dozens of handcrafted beers at the 11th annual Brew-Ha-Ha, a microbrew festival to benefit the Phoenix Theatre.
In addition to brews, you can sample local music as well. Performing at the festival are The Elect, a six-piece “bluesy folkadelic” jam/rock band, and the Tumbleweeds, an Americana fusion band mixing bluegrass, country and jazz.
The event is June 24, 3-7 p.m. in the 700 block of North Park Avenue between Massachusetts and St. Clair in Indianapolis’ historic Chatham Arch residential neighborhood. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door, and may be purchased by calling the theater at 317-635-PLAY. No one under 21 is allowed into the event.
