Nathan & PJ’s Ride, award-winning Indiana motorcyclist fund-raiser, takes to the roads of scenic Hendricks County on Sept. 18. This year, the event is a celebration of the discovery of a likely cure for Late Infantile Batten’s disease.
“This is a celebration,” says Phil Milto, Nathan and PJ’s father. “It’s a heart-felt thank you from our family to the family of Indiana bikers who have given so much of themselves to see the boys this far in their battle with Batten’s Disease.”
Registration for Nathan’s and PJ’s Ride is at The Doghouse Sports Bar in Brownsburg from 9 to 11 a.m. It will be led, for the first time, by “The Dixie Chopper,” made famous by Discovery’s American Chopper television series. Food, prizes, entertainment and a ride-in bike show will all be part of the festivities in a day-long festival to defeat Batten’s.
