Art Clips: “Thoroughly Modern Millie”
by Lisa Gauthier Feb 21, 2007

Four stars

Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre; directed by Eddie Curry.

Thoroughly Modern Millie is the kind of musical B&B does best: a high-stepping, upbeat, charming show. To top it off, this cast is especially strong. Christine Negherbon plays Millie as a country girl cum townie, a little rough around the edges, with practical dreams, and Dominic Sheahan-Stahl is a sweet Jimmy. The rest of the cast does top work as well, and the vocals are some of the best B&B has featured. This is Beef & Boards at its strongest. Through March 25; 317-872-9664.
