3 stars (NR)
Have you seen Anthony Bourdain's series “No Reservations” on the Travel Channel? The famed “Kitchen Confidential” bad boy chef travels all around the globe, seeing the sights, hanging with the locals, musing a lot and eating exotic meals, including some pretty scary items — generally organ-meat related. Bourdain relishes being controversial and his prose can get tiresome, but most of the time the show is a winning insider's travelogue with great respect for different cultures. Destinations in this set include Russia, Argentina, Shanghai, Hong Kong, French Polynesia, Berlin, Tuscany, New York and Los Angeles. Oh, and Cleveland. 538 minutes. DVD INFO: No details available on extras.

I can affirm that the exhibition offers much to savor, in addition to a gift shop the likes of which you’ve never tasted. It offers history and lore...
