101 Dalmations: Two-disc platinum edition
Disney’s beloved 1961 animated tale doesn’t look like most of the studio’s features — the animation is flat, lacking the depth and richness one expects from the company. Still, the tale of Dalmatians Pongo and Perdita, their pet humans (the story is told from Pongo’s point of view) and what happens when the wicked Cruella De Vil tries to snag their 15 puppies (to make a coat out of them — yikes) is zippy and fun. DVD INFO: Includes a 34-minute making-of documentary, featurettes, pop-up trivia, six deleted songs and a music video, a virtual puppy and other games. Post a comment
