Wine Dinner Featuring the Food & Wine of Spain

The Hamilton Restaurant, located at 933 Conner St., Noblesville, will host a Spanish-themed wine dinner on Tuesday, April 20. Dean Medeiros of Carroll Company will be on hand to match wines with a four-course dinner prepared by Chef/Owner Clyde Worley.

A cheese course will follow, highlighting several popular varieties such as Manchego and Cabrales, pared with Bajoz Crianza.

To finish in perfect style, an orange flan will be complimented by East Indian Solera sherry.
