The Hamilton Restaurant, located at 933 Conner St., Noblesville, will host a Spanish-themed wine dinner on Tuesday, April 20. Dean Medeiros of Carroll Company will be on hand to match wines with a four-course dinner prepared by Chef/Owner Clyde Worley.
The dinner begins at 6:30 with a variety of warm and cold Tapas paired with Montsarra Cava Brut Sparkling Wine.
The main course will be Paella, a classic Spanish dish of saffron-flavored rice combined with an assortment of meats and shellfish. Medeiros has chosen a Bodegas Franco-Espanolas Crianza to accompany the hearty meal. A cheese course will follow, highlighting several popular varieties such as Manchego and Cabrales, pared with Bajoz Crianza.
To finish in perfect style, an orange flan will be complimented by East Indian Solera sherry.

The Smokehouse Café, formerly known as Smokey Joe’s Bar-b-que, has expanded its menu to include items such as fresh water lake perch, pot roast, smoked cod loin, Smokehouse Original Pork Chop, cucumber tomato salad and Atkins-friendly items. The décor has been upscaled with a more private bar, more elegant dining room, 50-plus beers and an upscale wine list. Chef Joseph Heidenreich has also added prime rib, in addition to all the smoked meats guests love. Smokehouse Café is located at 1259 N. S.R. 135, Greenwood.
