Humana Festival

Out of town special event :: Preview

The Humana Festival of New American Plays in Louisville is an annual site of pilgrimage, where theater lovers from around the world converge to get the first look at the future of the American theater. More than 300 American plays that are now part of the world theater repertoire originated in the festival.
The 28th Humana Festival will be held Feb. 29-April 10. Full listings with dates and descriptions of the plays being offered can be found at www.actorstheatre.org, or call 502-584-1205.

The Actors Theatre of Louisville is located at 316 W. Main St., Louisville. Single tickets to individual festival plays are available, as well as Premiere Passes: four admissions for $100, to be used in any combination to any festival play. There are also Tourist Packages: See a variety of festival plays over a weekend with hotel discounts.
