You may not have ever considered living in a teeny-tiny house - but what about one the size of a two-car garage in beautiful Hawaii?
Housekeeper Johnny Sanphillippo earns less than $20,000 a year, but by saving money, gradually building a small 480 sq. ft. house, taking his time and paying cash for everything as he went, he now lives a block and a half away from the Hawaiian shore.
