Jazz Kitchen opens patio, announces schedule

A brief note from the Jazz Kitchen organizers, who open their patio next week for live music.

INDIANAPOLIS - The Jazz Kitchen, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, announces the new show lineup for patio performances starting Tuesday, May 6. Bringing the famous energy and excitement of the indoor stage out to the deck, The Jazz Kitchen's featured musicians continue to delight and entertain the Indianapolis area.

Tuesdays from 6:30-9:30 pm
Starting May 6: Bill Lancton & The Red Hot Whiskey Sippers
Featured: Shrimp Boil, $4 Sun King beer special, NOLA-inspired music, and Mardi Gras beads


Wednesdays (alternating every other week) from 6:30-9:30 pm
Starting May 14: Tonas Triad
Starting May 21: Scott Ballantine & Andra Faye.
Featured: 25 percent off any entree, plus $2 domestic and $4 select craft beers


Thursdays from 6:30-9:30 pm
Starting May 8: Hombres Sin Nombres
Featured: Half price paella and $10 off sangria carafes


The deck will be open starting May 6 through the end of September or beginning of October, weather permitting.
