"The goal is to sell a bunch of stuff and raise some money to pay off the monster credit card bill that MFT has from putting out some lovely but poorly selling releases the last few years," he says on his site. "After personally paying $2,500 in interest on the card last year, I've decided I need some help paying this down."
They will have a large record collection at this sale - and Banner is even having a private early sale on Thursday night the 6th at 7-10pm for the first 50 who sign up - though those spots were going quickly...

He's writes that he'll haul out nearly 5,000 LPs - many in great condition and "some pretty rare" ones. It's rock with other genres mixed in. He will be adding MFT's backstock to the garage (rock) sale, and that means more local CDs, LPs and some 45s - so lots of Indiana music.
He's also taking donations - Got any LP's and CD's, studio gear, instruments, record players, stereos, TVs, etc...? You can drop them at Small Box (6332 Guilford Ave) or bring it to the sale. The garage sale address is 8904 Manderley Dr in Indianapolis (near North Central HS). Sale times are 8am-5pm both days. If you are bringing lots of stuff for the sale, Jeb says he'd love to know before you come out ; email him at jebbanner@gmail.com.
